This is a very nice and clean property. Check in/out was very easy and needed no interaction with staff. The space was clean and there were a lot of utensils for us to use. The hotel is located very close to the Nishikasai station and there are kombinis close by. We are a family of 4 and would stay here again.

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the room, the small kitchen was very nice to have, the on site laundry facility was handy, the check in and out was easy, the room set up was very functional. My kids loved the bunk bed! It was nice to have a fully supplied kitchen so we could buy fruit and cut it up easily. We had such a great time at this facility. We would stay here again if we came back! Highly recommended.

there were no bedsheets and pillows for the children beds, even though we booked and paid for two adults and two kids. what a terrible two nights with no front desk to contact! had to sleep on bare beds without pillows!

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment-style hotel. The room was a bit compact but comfortable enough for two adults and a teenager. Great location near the metro, with plenty of eateries and convenience stores around. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

The room I booked was incredibly spacious for the price and had everything a family would need. If you’re planning to stay here to be close to Tokyo Disneyland, I’d say it absolutely works and is a great value. I’d only add that the time it takes to get to Disneyland is a little longer than it may be at other places simply due to the nearest train station. I’m sure a bus, Uber, taxi, etc. could remedy that though. All in all, would absolutely recommend.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a bit far from the major sightseeing attractions, so it may not be the most convenient choice if you rely on public transportation. However, we find the apartment-style room very suitable for our family of four and as we travel around by rental car, the location is not a major concern for us.

The property was small but very functional. Although it has enough beds in the room for 4, 4 people staying would be quite tight. Would be ideal with 2 people and a small kid at most

Reserved this location to go to DisneySea with family of 4 (2 elementary aged kids). Check in and out was easy (use the links/forms they send you earlier to make it quicker). It's right next to Dawson, a grocery store, and the Nishi Kasai station for easy public transportation. You do have to be careful a bit sleeping on the top bunk as my kid hit his head, but besides that, really well priced.
