This hotel is ideally placed for exploring the Ueno area of Tokyo and well linked to get you to wherever you want to be. Good sized rooms, fairly good breakfast and an excellent 14th floor evening free Ramen & Sake bar! What really makes it special though is the staff, who cannot do enough for you and always have a welcoming smile!

A decent sized room, clean with excellent views. An acceptable but limited breakfast buffet. Good location, easy to walk to everything Ueno had to offer and plenty of local subway and rail links. Staff were exceptionally helpful and could not do enough for us, exceptional.

Staff are very helpful and would go beyond to help you out. The place is also very close to the station and about 8 mins from Ameyoko market. Overall we had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the place if you stay in Ueno.

My room was both spotless and surprisingly large, in comparison to some of the other hotels in Japan I’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel at welcome from the moment I stepped inside! I will definitely consider refuting here for any future stays in the Uneo area!
