The hotel is located at strategic point in the Hibiya Line which connects to Ueno. Very easy to get from the airport. The price was outstanding, rooms were perfect. I recommend and definitely will be my hotel of choice every time I go to Tokyo.

Shared spaces such as the 2F lounge, bathrooms, and shower room were very clean and convenient. Beds were super comfy, and the room we booked was exactly what we needed - a comfortable and quiet space to go back to every night after our busy days out. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, thank you! Would recommend a stay here.

Property was clean, shared bathrooms were always well stocked. I do wish the rooms were a bit bigger to accommodate large luggage, but it was a great place for the price and somewhere to settle down at night. Loved that it was so close to Iriya Station as it made travel very convenient.

The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the extreme heat of Tokyo summer. It was nice to have free laundry and I left the laundry soap I purchased behind for others.
