The beautiful newly built 2019 apartment has a wide variety of facilities and amenities Its close to JR Yamanote Line Otsuka Station the next station after Ikebukuro so its a good location 3 minutes to Ikebukuro 10 minutes to Nippori 12 minutes to Shinjuku 14 minutes to Ueno Station 17 minutes to Akihabara and 19 minutes to Shibuya WiFiNETFLIXYoutube is also available for free / The apartment is about a 9 minute walk from Otsuka Station a 1 minute walk from Sugamo Nitta Station and a 4 minute walk to the bus stop to Ikebukuro Station

Great location, very convenient if you're ok with minimal space
We are a family of 4 (two adults, one teenager, one child) and stayed at the unit for about a week.
The location is outstanding: Otsuka is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a convenience store right at the corner, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and less than 10mn walk from the JR station.
The unit itself is clean and is equipped with everything you'll need, but it's tiny, even for Tokyo standard, no thanks to the two beds in the living area. If you don't need to access your luggages too frequently it's ok, but it's something to consider.
That being said we still very much enjoyed our stay.
