The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when helping me send my luggage to another hotel. I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me - she was extremely patient and kind when helping me complete the paperwork for sending luggage.

My stay was amazing. The location was perfect. Near the train station. Close by shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My favorite part about this hotel was the front desk staff. They were very kind and friendly and even though they didn't speak English, they tried their best to use translate apps and to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was a nice added extra benefit to staying at this location. I also really appreciated the short walk from the train station. Having said that, however, in order to get to the property, we had to walk down some narrow streets (almost alleyways) that were overcrowded with bicycles and had a lot of trash setting out. Additionally, it was difficult to find the front entrance to the hotel as it was tucked around the corner behind some sort of gaming shop on the first floor. The elevator was small and cramped.

I checked into this property and it definitely was not as the pictures showed. I went downstairs immediately and asked for refund. The receptionist was rude and kept asking me why I wanted to leave and they don’t offer refunds because I felt the pictures weren’t the same. The beds were awful, pillows made with plastic infill. After negotiating via Google translate he agreed to give me 3 of the 5 nights I had booked as refund. Pretty disappointed.

Amazing Hotel! Staff was very kind and helpful, even with the language barrier, and I always felt welcomed. Room worked for my brother and I and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was really good as well. Would stay here again thank you to everyone.!

My son and I loved our stay here. We both loved the breakfast and variety of options offered. It was a little farther from the city than I thought, but the train station was just minutes away and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were a bit small but we didn’t mind. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!

Plenty of local restaurants/konbinis. Nearby grocery stores are available. Easy train ride to Akihabara/Shinjuku. Quiet. Free alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks from 5-8 p.m. Amazing breakfast buffet that varied every morning. Fans of Monchichi toys will find statues and manhole covers near the JR station. I would definitely come again.

Overall it was a pretty good place to stay for the price. My only qualms are the earlier cutoff time for breakfast and in the rooms with the bunk loft bed you have to put the sheets on yourself. Other than that the staff was very kind, check out is automatically done and there are vending machines and coin laundry which is very nice. It's in a unique area for lack of a better word. There are bars, pachinko, an arcade, fast food, convenience stores, local shops, karaoke and the JR station is very close by. All in all a nice stay.
