great place to stay in Tokyo! Conveniently kocated and easily walkable to many sights and metro. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Hotel located in a good area. Rooms are small if you have 2 suitcases, and difficult to manage. Housekeeping is quite basic. Only towels and trash collection done intra stay. Also, our in advance request to have 2 single size comforters for double bed had not been met. Breakfast was quite basic and disappointing for us in terms of selections provided.

The reception staff needs way more training on customer service they don’t know how to answer questions or how to provide guidelines The breakfast service is a complete chaos along with the elevator (you can wait 10-12minutes for on of the elevators) Rooms are clean and the baths are great

The room was a comfortable size, not too small for 2 people like some hotels in Tokyo. Train stations were within walking distance. Everything was nice and clean.
