"I liked this hotel very much. The room was small, but standard for this type of room in Japan. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was about 7 minutes from the train, in a quiet area. It was very convenient to travel to and from this location. I can't comment on the Spa area, as I didn't use it, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests. Lastly, they allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, which was extremely helpful because we arrived early in the morning and departed late at night. Only negative thing is the elevators can get pretty crowded at certain times. Overall very happy with my stay here and would stay again, if I have the chance to come back to Japan. "

"Close to the airport with free shuttle bus from/to the Tokyo HND airport. Quiet and clean. Good for one night stay for flight transfer."

"I always stay in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel when in Tokyo. A few weeks before, it was at the N tower, and previous times were at the main tower. This is my first time in the Annex which was a lovely room. It was smaller than in the main tower but the Annex was less busy. The lobby was also cosy with lots of books. I will book this again when I am back in Tokyo in Dec! "

"We stayed on the 17th floor in a massive suit featuring on open sky shower and tree garden. Inside, another shower adjacent a deep tub, beautiful oak flooring in the living room and bedroom areas featuring huge windows with automatic shades and blinds. This suit included two large flat screen TV's and a music stereo with speakers piped throughout. The buffet breakfast on the 12th floor is very good (I loved the bacon and curry rice) and includes Japanese and Western selections and quite popular with the other guests; arrive early to get a window seat. We also took advantage of one of the convenient parking spaces. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is my second stay at the Granbell Shinjuku and is my first choice every time I visit the area."
