Modern, renovated Victorian townhouse in a safe, green residential neighbourhood on Toronto’s downtown west side.

From our place you can easily get to all of Toronto's attractions by foot, bike, bus, tram, subway or car (though we recommend leaving the car and exploring on foot!) Our walkability score is 96 out of 100, meaning you can find everything you need within an easy 15-minute walk.

Steps to all kinds of restaurants ranging from cheap and cheerful to elite and expensive. Our neighbourhood features all kinds of international cuisine, nightlife, pubs, gastropubs, brunch spots, and shopping. Transit services (bus and streetcar) just steps away, subway four bus stops away. Train to airport a short taxi ride. Close to Little Italy, Koreatown, Ossington Village, Kensington Market, Chinatown, U of T, West Queen West and more. Our local YMCA is just on the corner with pool, gym, weights, running equipment and rooftop running track. Live like local in our quiet, leafy neighbourhood with great character and all services at your disposal.

From our location, all these things are less than a half-hour away by transit: CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Eaton Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, BMO Field, Rogers Centre (Skydome), Air Canada Centre, Toronto Convention Centre, Casa Loma, the Canadian National Exhibition, Royal Ontario Museum. The bedroom features a big King-size bed with cozy duvet, and blackout curtains for a great sleep-in. Get your work done in our spacious, efficient office with closed door, fast wi-fi and printer. Our bath features a rain shower, claw foot tub and plush towels. Cook full meals of any kind in our bright, fully-equipped, modern kitchen. Just off the kitchen, you can lounge on our comfortable patio furniture on our big, shaded outdoor deck with gas BBQ overlooking our mature garden.

In the winter, we provide overnight snow shoveling, flannel blankets, double-glazed windows and a cozy fireplace in the living room that heats the entire house. Want to look after houseplants? We have them. Don't want to bother? We'll move them out or have someone over periodically to care for them.
