Inspired by the art and architecture of the Venetian island of Burano in Italy, this condominium seeks to replicate the feel of the island’s unique and colorful homes. The impressive 48-storey sculptured glass tower rises out of the historical Addison on Bay and soars above a 3-storey podium.

The space
This comfortable 2 Bedroom+Den (windowless bedroom) 2 Bathroom suite with a Balcony and Unobstructed Downtown 46 Floor View has everything you need to feel like at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Please pay attention only main bedroom have windows. 2 others have no. You can see in the pictures how bedrooms looks like.

Other things to note
According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.

Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.

- Underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability there is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building. 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours weekdays and $16 weekends
- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500 .
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please take a moment to read the unit policies:
✔ The minimum age for booking is 18 years.
✔ All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
✔ Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 12PM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✔ Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet
✔ The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✔ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID:
international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID).
Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.

* NO PARTY POLICY
The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.

** NO SMOKING POLICY
The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
- 150$ service call
- 200$ cleaning fees
