The staff first of all ARE THE BEST! Super nice and super accommodating and in no way does this review reflect them in any way. First room the lights don’t work - not the end of the world but light by tv was not in the cards. They quickly got cards to a new room. I went and someone has somehow with hulk like force pulled the faucet and the plate behind it off and the water shouldn’t shut off.

I'm not expecting gourmet food from a breakfast buffet, but the potatoes were inedible. my fork couldn't pierce them they were so ruined by freezer burn (?).

Room was clean and large. Dislikes Shower leaked and the dripping noise was very annoying. Only 2 plugs in the room worked. Both the desk and bed powe bars did not work. The icemaker on our floor was out of order. It appeared building maintenance is lacking.

Thank you for your hospitality. So appreciated. The curtains in room 507 are old and a bit dirty (notice the shorter whiteish curtains have red food stains on them. The green overlay is old and not hung properly making the widow area look dirty and unkept. The hosts were beautifully kind and so very considerate. It was quiet for both days. That’s what i need. Remember to check the bathtub faucet. It takes great strength to twist the handle to get the water drip drip drip to stop!! Otherwise it would be a sleep disturbance. I did my best but can still hear the water dripping in the tub; even when I’m laying in bed. Thank you overall.
