"Staff were not helpful or welcoming. The only staff at breakfast that was friendly was the cook all the others looked like they didn’t want to be there. The tall bellman was also helpful to us. I only drink tea. So I travel with some and wanted to get some milk. The reception told me to ask at the bar. I did and he was going to charge me $ 5 for a small glass of milk to take to the room."

"Rooms were clean. A little dated. Outside noise notice during the night, not sure what hotel could do about that though. The buffet breakfast was ok, could be better. Hash browns taste a little stale, bacon would be better pan cook not deep fried. Fresh waffles not frozen eggs waffles."
