Reservation was for queen beds but got king. Starting to show age. Bathroom door lock not aligning. Trouble getting an extra towel. Staff very friendly and tried to accommodate. Breakfast very good. Bar service excellent!

Great hotel but room service coordination was poor. They state that it's every other day, but when we said we were sleeping in and asked them to come back, they never came back. Said we should wait until the next day. They next day they said we were scheduled for the next day. Long story short, the next day never came, room never got refreshed. We took care of it ourselves.

The glass that’s by the desk shook the whole night I guess from vibration of the people walking the floor above me. They were loud. Hard to get to sleep because of upstairs noise and neighbors

no heat in december
no heat - considering it’s December in new york my room should never read 62 degrees . it took 3 visits to my room for them to finally get us some heat . it seemed they have the ability to get room warmer but don’t to save money .

Had issues with the tv, the technician tried to fix it but couldn’t and then it went completely out. Sofa and under the bed could have been cleaner. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was great
