We showed up on Christmas night, after a long search for the property since it is in a newer area of town and there are no street signs. After several stops for directions, we found the door but the lights were off and the door unlocked. We showed ourselves in because no one was there to greet us at reception. It was clearly under construction with tools everywhere, an empty pool with 18” of murky water. The rooms were unprepared and there were no linens on any of the beds. After walking around the dark building we had to seek other accommodations for the duration of the stay. It was clear that they were not anticipating guests but we never received any notification. We still have not received a reply to our email and we are hoping they do not charge our credit card. Sorely disappointed.

Las instalaciones no están como se muestra en las fotos (están en remodelacion) , sin embargo el anfitrion Víctor nos proporcionó habitación extra para compensar el mal entendido entre hotel y hoteles.com

El hotel NO EXISTE!!! Están anunciando un establecimiento que es un edificio abandonado! Cuando llegamos las puertas estaban cerradas, todo el edificio a oscuras y no había nadie del personal allí, incluso las cámaras de seguridad estaban volteadas hacia arriba, el hotel claramente está cerrado al público!!! Exijo que se me reembolse mi dinero. Tuve que conseguir otro hotel de último minuto esa misma noche en plena nochebuena!
