The nest!!

Your year round base-camp for activities, events, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks. This stylish brand new one-bedroom apartment is perfect for group trips or if the two of you want to get away by yourselves, also featuring a queen size bed with a Dreamcloud mattress in the private bedroom with a TV, plus two sofa beds and a couch to accommodate more in your group if others are joining you. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
The space
Make yourself at home in front of the 65-inch TV connected to DIRECTV, Roku, Netflix, and other apps already loaded. Brand new full size appliances with pots and pans to support all your cooking needs in the full kitchen, including ample refrigerator and frozen storage for your groceries and other goodies.

Little Wolf Public beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Across the street there’s the Rail-Trail system which is great for hiking, biking and riding snowmobiles. The Rail-Trail also serves as the path for the historical railroad that is slated to be resurrected and brought back into service sometime this year. Raquette River Brewery, P2’s, a Pizzeria, along with other pubs and restaurants are also in walking distance. . . or all less than a 5 minute drive. In colder months you can ride your snowmobile right up to the door from anywhere that’s accessible to the New York State Snowmobile Association system of trails, as trail C7 conveniently passes right by just across the street.

Unwind at night in front of the TV with adjustable mood lighting throughout or augment the stovetop and oven cooking your favorite foods or using the outdoor grill, of which you will have exclusive access, and for guests staying one week or longer, use of our washer and dryer so you don’t have to travel with as many clothes, or so you arrive at your next leg of your vacation with clean clothes.

Perfect Getaway!

The property was perfect for us (mom, dad, 13 yr old). It was more spacious than I expected and had everything you could possibly need (including board games). Very clean and the bed and couch were super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great home base for Tupper Lake and surrounding areas

This is a one-bedroom apartment on top of a garage but feels very homey. We got hit with a big snowstorm while we were there, and the host was out bright and early to plow everything out so that we weren't stuck. This is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, just off the main strip.Would definitely go back.

Weekend trip!

We had a wonderful stay at The Nest! It was extremely clean and welcoming! The host even brushed snow off our car following a big storm! We wanted to cook in abd found everything we needed in the kitchen. I was thrilled to find sharp knives! Fantastic place!

Beautiful apartment, what a gem

I enjoyed the stay very much. Location is perfect. The apartment is clean and huge. The mattress is nice and firm while soft enough for my partner. The kitchen is well stock. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Excellent Tupper Lake rental

“The Nest” could not have been better. It suited our needs to a “T”. Our host, Kevin, was very accommodating. We brought our own kayaks and he made space in the garage for us to store them. He is a Tupper Lake native and very knowledgeable about the area. We had excellent suggestions about where to go to launch our kayaks.The Nest is a good size one bedroom apartment over a large garage. We had a great time there and our dog enjoyed the stay too. We’ll definitely keep this in mind for a Winter getaway!

The Nest! is just as described. We enjoyed the big screen TV, the hot tub, beach just down the road, and the lovely deck. Bed and couch were comfortable! There was fun lighting thruout the apartment and on the deck. Kevin was pleasant and responsive to questions. I highly recommend.

We really couldn't have asked for a nicer experience than our stay with Kevin. He was prompt in supplying information and punctual with his responses to my inquiries. Awesome Stay

The best is exactly it's name. It small cozy and a hidden getaway gem in Tupper lake. The property owner and host was great. The hot tub was nice and it felt like being at home but on vacation. My family played board games, watched TV, and celebrated dinner on the deck with the light up stairway and deck. Everything you could think of was there. Especially, a dog bowl, toys etc. We left the place exactly how we found it to ensure the next person could enjoy it as much as we did.

Great location for Triad Hike

The Nest is located less than 5 min from gas stations, restaurants, outfitters. We hiked the triad mountains of Tupper Lake and came back to the apt after a long active day. It was so clean, and comfortable . All the amenities made it so convenient. The hot tub was a bonus too .
