Hotel is absolutely beautiful!! The location is safe!!, however kind of annoying to enter and leave from as very windy roads. Also the rooms were a hike to get to and from, but it's kind of private in a way. The rooms are super clean, towels replaced each day and room cleaned each day, and the staff were all super friendly! Limited dining options at hotel restaurant, the food wasn't the best. I was very happy with my stay!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The food was good, delicious and clean. All the staff was amazing and respectful especially Purnami- sheâs the best!!! I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
This is a gorgeous location. I love the rooms ( I have booked both the single wooden rooms and the doubles ). The staff is amazing. I always feel like they def get trained and educated in how to offer excellent customer service. There is also a lovely coffee shop ( plus other things, like a paddle tennis club ) within a 5 min walking distance. I only have positive things to share.
My villa was so lovely! Huge, clean, private! The entire staff was so kind, helpful, decorated my bathtub for me, and surprised me with a cake on my birthday! 10/10 would stay again!
I cant express enough how lovely the staff is at the kalyana. This is my second trip here and I will always stay here for a few days. The rooms are absolutely beautiful( I get so many comments about how gorgeous it when people look at my photos ). I have stayed in both types of villas( the wood and the marble ) and have zero complaints about either. Both are lovely stays. I love the morning breakfasts. Perfect before exploring the city. I would take a dip every day in the main pool and my private pool. Water is always a perfect temp.
I also have to admit, the grounds and common area is very very gorgeous. Just beautiful. One of my simple joys was just reading in the tub. And I have to say again, the staff is world class. I have stayed and traveled to some amazing places and I always think that the service here is easily 5 star service every single time. They are attentive, accommodating, and always courteous.
I and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kalyana. The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Responsive to questions / pre-bookings prior to our arrival from the US. We stayed in one of the wooden bedroom private pool villas. It was absolutely gorgeous - serene, and private. I was worried about mosquitos as itâs completely surrounded by rice fields. We were fine - no bites! Staff told us to let them know if we experienced any problems as they do spray - our bed had a mosquito net. It was lovely to view the early morning sun and hear birds and roosters crowing in the distance. It was a bit of a trek to the front of the property/reception area - we were in Villa 410. I recommend flats or comfortable walking shoes/sneakers as the path is a bit rocky. My one true complaint though was the towels - they were clean as everything else was but were very OLD several had one or two holes - I couldnât understand the correlation as everything else was fine. I have actually never stayed at any property and seen towels like that still in use for guests! Replacements are desperately needed. Our daily incl. breakfast was very good with variety and a number of choices. My birthday dinner setup was beautiful and the meal delicious and so was the floating breakfast and birthday serenade and cake that morning. Thank you to staff for making it so special! Greatly appreciated. It was a lovely stay and overall a memorable experience.
Dejligt sted. VĂŠrelset havde rismarker til den ene side og nĂŠrmest en oplevelse af jungle til den anden side.
Dejligt med egen pool tilhĂžrende vĂŠrelset.
Desuden var der mulighed for massage.
