A comfortable hotel, very convenient location
A good stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly service. Convenient location for S. Lucia station. Check in was a little confusing because the hotel is actually across the alley and down from the signed entrance. Breakfast was very mediocre (eggs and bacon were cold my first morning), but there were other options. My only real caution would be to time your shower. When showering at 8:30am the water pressure dropped to barely a trickle, and got cold. I assume because many people were showering. Wasnt an issue the first morning at 7:30am.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Vatican museum, staffs are all friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced is the air-con noise, although we turned it off the whole night.

Loved it!
Such a great location! Less than 5 min walk from train station. The staff was so incredibly helpful - they helped answer silly tourist questions and even packed me a to go breakfast since my train was too early to make “standard” breakfast. Room was comfortable and although I could hear neighbors they were very respectful and quiet.

The room was adequately comfortable. The bed was cozy and had a good level of cleanliness. The breakfast was diverse and had a variety of pastries, juices, and cereals to suit different preferences. The hotel was just a stone's throw away from the central station, which made it extra convenient when entering and leaving Venice.
