The apartment is located on the Giudecca island in a very quiet residential area, it consists of a kitchen and a double bedroom overlooking the canal with two cute balconies overlooking the water, a spacious living room with two beds, a comfortable and bright bathroom. Ten minutes from Piazza San Marco, served by public transport 24 hours a day.

Points positifs: petit appartement propre, bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien tenu, situĂ© sur la Giudecca. Jolie vue sur le canal depuis la chambre et la cuisine. Roberta qui nous a accueilli est formidable, trĂšs gentille et compĂ©tente, prĂȘte Ă  tout pour rendre service, elle nous a bien aidĂ©e pour contourner la grĂšve des transports publics. Tout Ă©tait parfait pour nous. Points nĂ©gatifs le salon est peu lumineux (normal il donne sur la calle) quelques odeurs dĂ©sagrĂ©ables (Ă©gouts) mais c'est gĂ©rable en aerant rĂ©guliĂšrement il manque quelques supports pour poser les affaires Ă  la salle de bain

Great access to Venice via

Nice tiny ledge to sit on and feel connected with canals. Not a far walk to restaurants and grocers. Caretaker’s husband a water taxi driver and very easy to arrange special travel.

A delightful apartment just the right distance from the busy part of Venice.

We were walked through the check process step by step by Natalia who met us at the vaporetto (water bus) dock. Even though we were delayed and checked in late, she was accommodating and encouraging and answered all our questions. Our time chatting with her was a highlight! The apartment was spotless and had all we needed. (Do a little research on Italian washers and dryers before your trip so you can leave enough time for their long cycles.) The vaporetto stop is very close. There are many lovely places to eat along the Giudecca canal, a few steps from the apartment. Our only regret was not staying longer! Highly recommended!

Urlaub vom 19.05-28.05.2025

Es war ein super Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Vaporettostation Palanca entfernt. Bei unserer Ankunft in der Fereienwohnung hat man sich sehr viel Zeit fĂŒr uns genommen, was wir super nett fanden. Wenn wir Serena zwischendurch per Zufall getroffen haben, hat sie sich immer erkundigt ob alles ok ist. Diese Aufmerksamkeit fanden wir toll. Die Bilder der Wonung im Netz entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vom Supermarkt bis zum FachgeschĂ€ft sowie Restaurants, sind nicht weiter als 10 Minuten entfernt.Auf der Insel Giudecca gibt es Alles was man braucht um Venedig genießen zu können. Es ist dort wesentlich ruhiger als auf der Hauptinsel und ein Abendspaziergang nach einem tollen Essen ist einfach klasse, da es kein GedrĂ€nge auf den Wegen gibt.Sollte ich noch einmal Urlaub in Venedig machen, werde ich wieder bei Senena buchen. Ich habe die Ferienwohnung schon Weiterempfohlen.

This is a Venice gem!!

This is an outstanding choice for visitors to Venice! The apartment is clean & comfortable...with plenty of great restaurants around. I loved having my morning coffee sitting on the balcony, which is right ON a canal! The apartment is a short boat ride to all the main tourist sights of Venice...and we were very glad to be staying on Giudecca island, where it was quiet & peaceful & not nearly so crowded. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely little apartment!

We loved staying on the Giudecca island - the vaporetto was easy to use and therefore you could get to main attractions easily, while still having the local neighborhood feel!

Perfect place to feel at home in Venezia!

Smooth check in. Natasha was great and was quick with answers to any question. Serena came by to say hello as well. The little goodies for quick breakfasts was a very nice extra touch.â€ïžđŸ€ŠđŸŒâ€â™€ïž The location was perfect! Super close to the vaporetto so getting to all the sights was a quick ride across the canal. Great views, quiet and well equipped to make your stay perfect. Water was nice and hot and beds were very comfortable. Coffee maker was a bit temperamental but that was nothing more than a minor inconvenience (and an excuse to have some coffee in one of the many little cafes and bars;). I can honestly say that I enjoyed these accommodations much more than when I stayed right by the Rialto bridge last year. This will definitely be my go to when I return to Venice. Thank you Serena and Natasha for such a wonderful stay. Perfetto!

Wonderful location & Host!

Wonderful secure, clean & convient location. Serena is an excellent Host! Her English is not so great and my Italian isn't either, yet we were able to communicate just fine and she has a little info notebook in the front hall to help with all the basic questions. She also uses "WhatsApp" to communicate quickly. The apartment is located just a block and a half from the Planca Giudecca water bus stop, which connects to all major attractions (including Murano). Nothing fancy about the apartment but has everything you need including a well equip kitchen. The only thing that could need improvement was the mattress in the bedroom that is starting to sag. If you stay here be sure to check put the Tratteria " Al Caccitori". The food was incredible and is located just a half block away ( facing the main waterfront)! I would stay with Serena again in a heart beat!
