Very nice place to stay, Davide and family are really welcoming, felt so at home, the property is indeed a Venezian style. Breakfast is included and amazing Will be back definitely and would recommend to book.

We loved staying in this historic little palace in a quiet area of the authentic neighbourhood Cannaregio. The room was beautiful and well priced, even including a nice breakfast. The host Davide was super friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place to stay when in Venice. It’s central in Venice in a quiet area. Short walk from all the busy shops and dining areas. I can’t remember the name of the man who worked at front desk but he was lovely and provided a delicious Italian breakfast every morning. Highly recommend staying here if you want a more intimate place in Venice for one or two days.

Davide, the host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the very best I had in my entire vacation. The room was huge and a few issues with the temperature but Davide was helpful. It’s not soundproof, so earplugs were necessary. But the room clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Very comfortable and spacious room

Nice space for 2 nights in Venice. We had the first floor large room. It was spacious and comfortable. Basic but had all we needed. Small shower with hot water and great pressure. Computable bed. Although we didn’t use but there is a Table and chairs if wanted to have a meal. Small refrigerator. Breakfast was nice with good coffee but heavy on carbs, but no complaints from us. Davide was very personable and attentive to our requests. Very easy to walk from this B&B to restaurants, water taxi and other sites. Definitely recommended.
