Front desk was unfriendly at check in, but great at checkout. Light in bathroom and air conditioning did not work properly. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. They first put us in a renovated room that was not what we reserved as it only had one bed. Moved to the correct room with above issues. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast as 8 euros, but quite good. Asked to buy water and was told they didn’t have any. They did finally find one after I told them it was evening and I wasn’t going to go out walking in an unfamiliar neighborhood. The good news is that it is very clean. In all, mixed feelings about this hotel.

Save your money. The worst hotel ever Staff is extremely rude. Did not help with the AC being broken refused to give us fans said they knew that the ACs weren’t working and that it cost too much to fix showers were way too small ripped us off wouldn’t it refund any of our money so we could sleep with air conditioning that we were paying for.

This property had no air-conditioning. They know it was broken. They had two fans in a storage that I could visibly see refused to give us fans. We had six rooms. Every room was broken. We had to sleep with the door that leads to the outside open to cool off the room unacceptable. They charged us for transportation to the airport and then made us pay twice. When the driver picked us up. He was very rude and threw our stuff in us around in the car, shower was so small that you couldn’t even bend over in it.

We landed late and rather than struggle into Venice and locate our hotel; decided to overnight at an airport hotel so that we could arrive fresh and early to start our break. We thought this was a good decision. The hotel was more than adequate for our needs, good size room, comfy king size bed with bath and shower. For convenience we got an Uber into Venice which took 20mins and cost 60 euros.

We only stayed one night because the hotel was near the Venice airport, and we had an early morning flight. I highly recommend Al Quadrante, Via Orlanda 258, 30173 Tessera. It is a five-minute walk from the hotel, and the food is excellent and fairly priced. The breakfast looks wonderful. Unfortunately, we did not realize how good it would be, so we only had time for coffee and a pastry.

We stayed here for multiple nights while visiting Venice. We had stayed here several times in the past and was disappointed this time that the air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. It only blew hot air. They said they'd have someone look at it the next day. There was no change/repair the next day. When we asked if we could change rooms the staff said the air conditioner issue was the same for all the rooms in the hotel and they didn't seem too concerned about it. After pressing them, we did move rooms but found the same hot air situation. We ended up finding some comfort by fully opening the balcony door, but there was road noise all night interrupting our sleep. I'm an engineer so I know that a properly functioning HVAC system should blow cold air. I would not recommend staying here if the weather is warm and you desire a place with functioning air conditioning.

Excellent buffet breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. Great location near bus to Venice. Room was good but - deal breaker- the air conditioner was running loudly but completely ineffective, leaving us sweltering all night. It was only May 1.

Clean, quiet, close to airport, good restaurant Al Quadrante nearby, friendly service. After 3 weeks in Italy, this was the most comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Communication from the hotel prior to arrival were excellent and the Staff was great on phone calls as was interaction with the front desk.The location was perfect! A few minutes from the airport and an easy, quick bus trip into the City to tour. However the room was very hot and lowering the thermostat made no difference (though the 'blower' for the AC was very noisy). When I advised the front desk at checkout (we went up to sleep late and were exhausted from travel) they apologized and explained "the air is central". . . strange. In the middle of the night there was a loud bang that woke me. I went to investigate - the plastic Kleenex container had popped off of the wall landing on the tile floor with a loud crash. It seemed to have been attached by a small piece of tape. Overall, the people were great and service timely but the facility and air conditioning are sub-par. They need a "refresh".

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Other hotel users were quiet and the room we had was quiet and we had a good sleep. Bus stops for either direction nearby and parking at the hotel if using your own transport. A taxi from the airport to it is cheaper than using the hotel transport. A bar near by but didnt ask or notice any other eating places near.
