Poor service, the staff showed very bad attitude to customers, with no smile and no patience at all. Can’t believe it was rated as 4 stars hotel. However the hotel itself was pretty nice and the location was very convenient for travelers, but a bit noisy around. I would not recommend this place.

We liked that the hotel was opposite the train station so it was super convient. The lobby and breakfast area was lovely, good choice of food. I wouldnt recommend a classic room, there was a strange odur when entering and the beds were like sleeping on a rock, super hard and gave me a very bad back, i mentioned this to reception and asked for a extra duvet and they just suggested to take painkillers for my back and that they didnt have anything to help. There is also no tea & coffee facilities in the room, there is no way this should be 4 star hotel. Think they need the update the rooms has very outdated.

Great friendly staff that understands and speaks English. Great breakfast room with good food. Parking is a challenge, however, thete are parking services around the hotel. Overall we had a good stay and great experience during our trip to Vemice.

OK hotel for weekend break

Would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room and also grab rails in bathroom might be helpful to some. Water not that hot when having a shower and noisy from furniture if rooms upstairs. Very handy bogie buses into Venice and to the airports though.

This property does what it’s designed to do. It’s not a luxury hotel, but as a stopover between a train and a bus to the mountains, its location works nicely. It’s also very convenient for a quick ride into Venice. I will stay again.

Convenient to train station, close to bus transport to Venice. Check in was smooth and we took advantage of the luggage story since we arrived before check in time. Some upgrading is being done and our room had a newer bathroom compared to one of our other travel companions. There is carpet in the rooms which is quite dated and could use replacing.
