Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service Everything about our stay was perfect! The well-appointed room and its balcony overlooking the canal, complete with serenading gondoliers, created a magical ambiance. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and seamlessly arranging boat taxis to and from the train station. The service, location, and experience were truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

Siempre responden para ayuda pero no tienen personal todo el tiempo en el hotel, SI tienen elevador a nosotros no nos dijeron y subimos al 3er piso con nuestras maletas fue horrible! This hotel was beautiful! The rooms are vintage boutique. The wallpaper is FABRIC! The hotel will help arrange water taxis literally delivered to your door! Great restaurant recommendations and shopping. You can sit on a private balcony and watch the gondolas. I didn’t want to leave. I’ll be back! It was perfect. Minutes from everything you wanna see/do! I give this little hotel 10 thumbs up!!!!
