When I arrived at this hotel, I was met by a guy named Andres. He walked me through my stay there and explained some things about Venice. The next person I met was the beautiful Maria who surprised me with her perfect English. The bartenders on the amazing rooftop bar were very professional and entertaining. And the two girls, Guila and Louris, that check me out when I was leaving were more than happy to hold my luggage there while I spent the last day in this beautiful hotel. Louris even had the train schedule on her phone and walked me through getting on the public transportation and which train to get on. I really had an amazing time while staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it... Thanks everyone!!!
