Friendly staff. The room was large, air-conditioned, regularly cleaned and had every amenity we needed. The hotel location was very picturesque, was surrounded by lots of good bars and restaurants and gave easy foot access to the rest of Venice. We loved our stay here in Venice. The room was large enough for a family of 4, with 2 single beds and a double. The bathroom was along the hallway, but was private, for our use only. Location was good, with many restaurants, gelaterias and the main sights all within walking distance. The best thing about this stay was the hotel staff, who were very friendly and gave some fantastic recommendations, so we were able to discover some Venice sights that we would otherwise have missed! Would highly recommend.

The property has a great location, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The place was cute, but I wouldn’t call it a hotel. It’s like a very old house and we rented a very small room. Other people somewhere in this “house” arrived late and were making noise until about 2 AM. You hear walking above you and people talking. I wouldn’t stay here again.
