This hotel is in the best possible location...right by a major water bus stop, just meters from St Mark's Square, with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We paid the extra $$ for the lagoon view and it was well worth it. We had a spectacular view out of our windows, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, although it was pretty basic. There were no toiletries in our room, although there was a blow dryer. The water pressure in the shower was above average. The hotel has an elevator, and the AC worked better than all other hotels we stayed at on this trip. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

The property is perfectly located at the end of the Grand Canal. Just a 2 - 3 minute walk to St. Mark’s. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was tastefully decorated with wood beams and a modern bathroom.

The hotel staff was wonderful! Very helpful and welcoming. They even upgraded us to a nicer room for the past few nights for our honeymoon(we stayed for a total of 13 nights). The rooms were clean and had a lot of Italy charm. The only things we wish they had was room service and more comfortable beds.

Perry - venice

Travel went as planned thru travelocity which is good. Hotel pagano was okay. Room was small, but clean. Location and views were excellent.

What no power when not in the room.

The hotel was small but nice enough for the price. It has a great location and they allowed early arrivals to leave luggage with them until check in. The breakfast was a little better than most free hotel breakfasts. The only disappointing thing was the electric. For the room to have power the keycard has to be inserted into a slot near the door. I went to the bar next door to buy a bottle of water and my poor wife had to wait I. The dark since I needed the key to get in the front door. This also prevented us from charging electronics when out sightseeing. I would recommend asking for an extra card at check in.
