Marco and Esmeralda were both very welcoming and helpful with information about our stay. The location was great for walking everywhere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only comment from me is that one of the reasons I chose this place was because of the option for 2 twin beds, however on arrival was told that is only a request not a guarantee. It was fine because my son and I were able to share a bed and appreciated having our own private bathroom. The booking should be more transparent about this in case 2 twins is important. I would stay here again if returning to Venice.

Very pleased and happy with my choice to stay this accommodation. Absolutely spotless and neat & tidy, even spacious room. The room wasn't had a bathroom but hotel owner was so kind, they did not sell other room, just to give us a privavy to use the common bathroom only for us. I myst say, bathroom will be always cleaned so even shared, do not worry. Even when we reached hotel, lady owner Mrs Esmeralda explain how to explore and visit places in short time because we were only there for 2 nights. She had given us map which she had created herself to help first time visitor. She has given a room 2 hours early when actual check in time was 2 o'clock afternoon, brilliant and what a help. Air-conditioning was spot on. Mr Mario was a look after our breakfast and given us a good idea how to spend less and using most of resorces like water bus etc. Mario and Esmeralda were constantly keep in touch till we reached hotel, messaging a direction to reach hotel as soon as possible. Gandola ride was nice in the late evening but very expensive, I suppose it was royal experience once in a lifetime. I would definitely stay with this hotel again if I would visit Venice in future. Surely recommends this hotel bed and breakfast.

We stayed for 1 night in a Quad room with 2 kids (11 and 13). Service was excellent. The owners gave us water and juice when we arrived. She was incredibly informative about where and how to get a water taxi to the airport the next day. She provided a map, recommendations on where to eat, and an itinerary (should you choose to follow) for 1 day in Venice. Our room was quiet, clean and just what we needed. It was a bit hot in our room, but apparently it was due to the heatwave. The location was easy to get to and close walking distance to everything. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

This property was perfectly located to allow yourself to see all the sights but retreat back into a quiet neighborhood when you wanted to. Mario and family recommended incredible restaurants in the neighborhood that were reasonably priced and delicious. You also can’t meet a kinder man than Mario - when he found my daughters stuffed animal left in the room he insisted that he deliver it to us before we left in our rental car.

Yup, the best place in Venezia

We loved that this cozy and cool place was off the beaten path, yet walkable to everything. Mario is kind and helped us think creatively about how to solve a luggage problem - went above and beyond. We would never stay anywhere else in Venice. Could not recommend more highly.

This family run B&B is wonderful. Mario greeted us and answered all our questions. The rum was set up perfectly for 3 adultos. I had concerns about having to share a bathroom with another room down the hall, but really it wasn’t an issue at all. Mario had our breakfast ready in the morning each day and on the last day his son took care of it. Mario even helped get us to the vaporetto on the last day, too.

Mario was an amazing host. Our flight was delayed and our phones were not working. He met us at the water bus and helped us take our luggage to his place. He was very kind and helpful. When it was time to go, again he helped us get to the right place with our luggage. This was amazing service since we were traveling with children. Everything was perfect!

It was a good experience overall, especially thanks to the personal attention from the host. The property is not in a great condition though and the bathroom was very small. Also, the host didn't accept card payment, which was an inconvenience.
