Grand appartement trÚs bien placé et donnant sur un canal agréable. Quartier calme et proche de la gare avec des bars et restau sympa. Vaporetto et rue principale à coté. Look pas moderne mais trÚs Venitien avec balcon sur canal. TrÚs agréable.

Location typiquement vénitienne

Idéalement placée, proche de nombreuses commodités, au coeur d'un quartier typique.. L'appartement est propre, bien entretenu, calme. La proximité d'une station de vaporetto permet de définir au mieux les trajets vers les différents lieux culturels de la ville ( Piazza San marco, Murano, Burano...). Si nous devons revenir à Venise, l'adresse est à privilégier.

This apartment is beautiful, clean and safe. We loved the location, so accessible to everything. The host was lovely, snacks set out for us upon arrival. The showers worked beautifully, the beds were very comfortable and also had luggage storage available for our last day in checkout. My favourite part was sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee.

We had such a great experience! Rita met us at the apartment soon after we arrived by water taxi. We highly recommend paying the extra for a private water taxi. The apartment was exactly as shown and the location was perfect. We easily walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Nice bathrooms. We loved staying there. We sincerely appreciated the flexibility on check in and check out. It made all of the difference. Thank you!

Dreamy beautiful location so quiet and peaceful. The home was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. We changed our itinerary to stay within the availability and it did not disappoint! Easy walk when we went to the train station and on the route for boat from the airport. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Venice and we hope to come back some day :)

Location, location, location!The apartment is on a major canal with a balcony in a nice neighborhood and away from the crowds. There is a vaporetto stop very close by which is convenient. We ended up walking to all the sites since everything was fairly close. Cafes and restaurants are steps from the front door. Started most morning with a cappuccino at the nearby cafe. Grocery stores are a short walk. Our host, Rita, was friendly and so helpful. She arranged for a water taxi to pick us up at the front door in the early hours of the morning to take us to the airport. That’s excellent service!The apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated our party of 5 adults for our 5 night stay. The balcony has a lovely view of the canal. Definitely a positive experience!

Rita our host met us and was delightful and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and it had everything you could need in the kitchen with coffee and breakfast items left for us. It is in a really good location, close to some amazing restaurants and within walking distance of the Rialto bridge. Very Venetian feel and the balcony was an amazing place to watch everything going on up and down the canal. Would recommend this place to stay!

Loved the location with 15 min easy walk to train station. Enjoyed having quieter neighborhood with fewer tourists, but still plenty of cafes and osterias. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms, functional living room, took family pics on balcony! Would absolutely stay again

The home is beautiful. It’s comfortable and it felt like home. The host was very accommodating and attentive to the smallest details/amenities. The home is at a great location, quiet street and near the train station and water transportation options. Rita was very nice, meeting us at the home and providing us with great information and recommendations for dining. There is a nice live jazz bar near the home. I would definitely recommend the home and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for an amazing stay.

As always a great stay in Venice. This was our second time and we really enjoyed the balcony on the canal, great local restaurants nearby. And easy vaporetto stops to take you anywhere in Venice and the other islands. Also easy stop from the airport or train station. Highly recommend-will not disappoint.

La vue du balcon était trÚs apprécié ainsi que l'emplacement à la marche de la Place St-Marc (20 à 30 min). L'appartement est fidÚle aux photos du site. L'appartement est trÚs trÚs grand avec 2 salles de bains et 3 CAC. Un grand salon et grande cuisine, toutes piÚces séparées. Tout était positif (y sommes restés 2 nuits) Nous recommandons ce VRBO avec empressement.

We loved our stay here. We didn’t cook but there were ample supplies. The house has a great view and was comfortable. The only negative was shower pressure but as a whole, this is a great place right on the canal in a quiet area of a Venice.

Family in Venice

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Venice. This was the perfect apartment for us as a family of 4. So spacious and comfortable. The location is also fantastic. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Also an amazing view of the canal. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall fantastic property! Easy to reach on foot or by vaperetto from the train station. Great view of one of the larger canals from the balcony. Communication with the property hosts was excellent and easy. Our family of four enjoyed the space to spread out in the 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and very good air conditioning units in the bedrooms. The apartment has a great family atmosphere. The laundry washer was very useful and we found hangers and open closet space to allow things to air dry. Just a short walk away to one of the bridges was a gondolier stop, so we were easily able to enjoy an evening gondola ride. Definitely recommend staying here.

Extraordinary Property in a Great Location

We absolutely LOVED staying in this incredible home! A short walk from the train station, with only one bridge which has a ramp, so luggage is no problem. Rita was very helpful, giving us detailed directions and allowing us to lock up our luggage at the location prior to checking in, which was greatly appreciated! BEAUTIFUL accommodations with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. A short walk away from the hustle and bustle, we thoroughly enjoyed the location - and the view of the canal from the balcony was awesome! We give Rita and this property the highest recommendation possible!
