Overall it was a good stay. Staff was responsive when called. Outlet next to bed didn't work. Wanted to check out at 6am to avoid trafiic. I was told the person that checks the room wasn't there so I can get my deposit back. I had to wait until 8am. That same person who told me I couldnt get my deposit back until the person that checks the room was there was the one that checked the room. Seemed counterproductive. She could have checked it at 6am since she was the same person to check the room. Some people would like to leave earlier and keep their deposit. Especially if they are staying there to rest and need to leave earlier to get to a certain destination.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you have may have experienced during your stay at our hotel. We will be discussing this review in our weekly staff meeting.

Liked the location, but on the second night our room keys wouldnt work , there was no power for over 24 hours , we weren't even givin water to flush the toilet, my food went bad due to the fridge, couldnt shower ,and not to metion the sheets weren't clean and the pillows were old and the size of a throw pillow , all around horrible hotel and service with anything

Why are you blaming us for the power outage. There was a fire 30 miles from our property and Electric company shut off the power to avoid more damages. Power went off on 8/28/21 starting from 3pm. We were helpless for this type of situation. Nothing was on our hand. We have a well water. Put your shoes in our place then you will understand. Still we are very sorry for inconvenience. Also other comments about pillow and sheets will discuss with our HK staff and management. Once again we are very sorry for inconvenience.
