Everything advertised about this place is accurate! It is beautifully decorated, well laid out, with spectacular views of Back Bay. The resort amenities are nice, and it is truly steps to the Ocean. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are already looking to return next year. We cannot express enough positive feedback for David. We had a TV issue. We communicated with him via text and the issue was remedied by the time we returned from grocery shopping, beyond our expectations. He also responded quicky to any other queries we had. We have been using VRBO for years and David is the best host we have had. As a previous poster motioned, initial directions were confusing, but we communicated with David and he was supportive for their improvement. We recommend this condo without reservation!!

Will definitely book again! So nice to see the bay view sunsets. First, the unit smelled so clean when we arrived. The linens were all made, the unit was clean. The leather electric reclining couch is soo comfy. This is our second booking at the Sanctuary, and we like this unit so much more. If you want to stay here, get the bay view! On the contrast, if you book on the ocean—-Sure the ocean is nice on the east, but you have constant wind blowing in, and it’s hard to cool down. The sun facing east is also blinding at 4am on that side. If you book the pool side inside you’ll get pool noise and screaming kids. (Not here!!!)Get this one for the bay view, the sunsets, the clean property, host, and location on the 4th floor. There is no street noise at all. It’s nice to watch the jet skis, the kayaks, and the bikers. I think the TV is like 70” high resolution. Smart TV. Crazy nice. We plan to book again for next year asap.
