Lovely home and great for family vacation

House is great! Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Pool a great addition to beach and was fun being on the canal. Kids could paddle board right there. Only comment would be there is no relief from sun by the pool. A large umbrella would be helpful.

Left a lot to be desired

The location was in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood but the home needs some attention. It's an older home, which is fine, but some of the exterior doorknobs either don't lock or don't lock very well; you can only lock some using the deadbolt. Also the baseboards are dingy, they need a good scrub or fresh coat of paint. The other disappointment was housekeeping missed the mark on this one. The floors were sand covered upon arrival, as was the countertop. We didn't have the starter bathroom items in the bathroom either, we only stumbled upon them looking for the vacuum.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. There was so much living space we never felt crowded. The huge dining area fit all 7 of us very comfortably. The pool was so amazing. We spent a ton of time in there. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The house was very clean. We loved all the pool toys that were available for us to use. I only hope this place is available for our next trip to Sandbridge.

Family get away

My family stayed the last week of August. We truly loved the house. It had tons of room for everyone to stretch out and settle in. There were 12 of us ranging from 6 years old to 67 years old and everything in brmetween. The pool was a hit and right on the water. Absolutely fantastic weather. The beach was litterally. 5 minute walk. I would definately recomend to a friend. The only reccomendation i would make is the two queen beds really are a full size. I have a queen bed at home and it was definately much smaller than mine. I would also like locks on the bedroom doors for more privacy. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you😀

Large Home

This home had everything we needed for a large group: ample beds, bathrooms and a large kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet bay backyard. The house was very clean and well equipped for a week away. We felt the proximity to the beach was quite nice without the oceanfront price tag and made several trips a day. This house is close to the market which was convenient if you had to quickly get an essential. Overall, I would recommend this house to any large group. Thank you for hosting our family!
