Hidden fee (paid in advance online but had to pay more at checkin). Restaurant was closed and ice maker on the floor was not working. Night staff was not friendly but morning guy was better. Would not have stayed there if hidden fee ($10.60) was added to room cost and with no breakfast we thought we could get something at the restaurant so that being close would have made us think twice when comparing it to other rooms/hotels. Wish Hotel.com would add the hidden fee to room cost.

This hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and stores. The oceanfront room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Views were amazing with the sunrise every morning. The boardwalk is very nice for walking along the ocean.

Restroom could use a detail cleaning. Shower doesnt have. good water pressure because the shower head has build up. Bath tub has alot of soap scum build up that’s not gonna be removed with regular cleaning. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly.

It has perfect location and great amenities! And it has a quite old heater that made a loud sound. Expedia said the price they showed me was the "total" price but they charged me resort fee.
