I have bad knees, and told the younglady that it was hard to climb stairs, she made the statement, "well sorry about that, but your room is still on the 3rd foor". NO ELEVATOR!!! AND there were rooms on the first floor, OPEN! My wife and i enjoyed the room, really clean. There was no soap , 1 towel, no toilet paper . Was not worth my time but it was late when we cheched in.. Never again!!

Only 3 complaints. No offhours dropbox for the room key when i was ready to go home. I was unaware there was a bin in the main office with clean towels. Nobody told me where it was and to get them myself. Third was that check in being so late in the day. Why 4oclock? Most places its 2 or earlier. Its off-season and im sure there were plenty of rooms available. I had to pay a fee to check in. I got to the hotel at 130 and was tired from my drive down so i paid it because i didn't want to go get lost for almost 3 hours. Everything else was fine.

Check in was great! And easy. However, when we got into the room, the bathroom light was blinking. We had to turn it off and turn it back on, and it finally worked. There was mold on the bathroom walls in the nightstands really needed to be updated.

Considering the price, this was a good deal. The room was clean but the stairs and parking lot were not. Beds were fine but pillows were some of the worst I’ve experienced. Given two bath towels for four people but the kids didn’t shower so it didn’t matter.
