Not the best looking hotel outside if u r used to a 3-5 star hotel but it was clean. The staff was very nice - Nate/ Nathan( overnight/check out) & the female (evening shift with the dark hair). Right off 10th St. it’s a straight walk to the beach. Very good price for location. Get out early (before 930/10a) if ur trying to set up on the beach or come out around 630p for the sunset & less people. Parking deck is a little tricky & tight but doable.

Waffle maker at breakfast! Pool is clean and nice. Good location. Rooms were large. Floors seemed a bit dirty and linens had older spots but not anything that felt unclean. Staff was GREAT!!

Not a pleasant stay. The property appears to be an old, poorly maintained building with little effort from the owners to make improvements. Looks like they are only focused on cost reduction profit and no qualitative improvements. The railings on each floor are extremely unsafe and pose a serious risk, especially for toddlers and young children. The swimming pool was unusable—filled with sand, debris, and hair.

The stay was good and the view from the balcony was great! Just had an issue with shower leaking water onto bathroom floor. Bathroom I felt was too small, not enough room to move around. Overall, as long as my kids were happy, I was pleased.

Manager Lani was great! Awesome customer service. Breakfast was good too. Our room located at the top floor has less foot noise. Great! Walking distance from the boardwalk and restaurant were plentiful. For the not so good part - Middle headboard desk came loose off the wall and fell on the floor in middle of the night. Shower has low water pressure. For some reason, water leaking out of the shower sliding glass door no matter how tight you closed it. Overall - a good stay.

Air Conditioner nor the refrigerator worked properly. The pool air was filthy daily. Free breakfast was in a very small room with an hour wait daily. The cleaning lady did not speak English so she had a hard time addressing issues associated with our room and supplies requested.

The photos showed to us contained balconies. While I booked the suite it says partial see view, technically they have a small window through which you can see a small portion of the see. Also the suite has bedroom at the entrance and living area in the back. While asked the staff I was told that the suite usually don't have view. Also the upper level parking has very narrow parking spots.

Hotel stay nice VA Beach is a 1-star experience

Virginia Beach was just ok, nothing spectacular. Every restaurant was sticky from the floors to the tables, ants on plates, the people were like night of the living zombies. I crossed this off my list. The hotel served its purpose.

Honestly, until it was time to go to sleep I liked the hotel. Friendly staff, clean, pool, good space in the room, microwave and mini fridge, comfortable beds. However, once I turned off the lights and lay down, there were 2 problems. First and worst is that there is a big lamp outside the room so that room is not dark and you can see everything. Second is the noise of people walking by the room and cars on the road which was loud. My child has special needs so it took him hours to fall asleep in a room that is not dark and he can see everything. First night we slept on an uncomfortable sofa where it was darker and quieter. Next 2 nights we used our beach blankets to cover windows and make it darker. Breakfast was ok. Like I said, I didn't hate the hotel, it was just so hard to sleep and I wanted to write this review to make others aware.

Top notch customer service!

Lena whom worked the front desk was my point of communication from beginning to end on our trip. She was an absolute delight and full of knowledge being that she was from the area and just excellent at her job. It was a tough weekend and she was all smiles!! I work in customer service myself and she was perfect!
