The bed was nothing but springs old mattress, hardwood floors need to be clean, the chairs in the room was disgusting and the dressers need to be put in the garbage. Lesson learned you get what you pay for its not even good for a short stay !!

Courteous staff. Good prices; nice room size & comfortable accomodations. Convenience of dining/work space area & appliances in your room. Free breakfast drinks before 9AM daily. Additional lighting would be beneficial.

Check-in was quick & easy. Room not as clean as usual. Liquid & food stains on bedroom floor, liquid stain on bathroom floor & lamp shades were dusty. Also, like last 3 recent stays there was an issue with TV. Only this time the maintenance staff was off-site & wouldn't be available for repairs until next morning. Repairs were done 24 HOURS LATER! Staff apologized but (they & Travelocity) offered NO PERKS or discounts for my inconvenience! Highly disappointed as I'm a loyal & frequent guest! Customer service needs improvement.

Moments after turning TV on the screen froze. Called the front desk & maintenance arrived minutes later to resolve the issue! I appreciate prompt courteous service! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The saff was rude and also threw my ID back at me because I didn't want to talk to her. She said that' she lived in my communities and that she was just having conversation " I'm not going to call your house or anything " please check the tape in the hotel. I have a copy on my phone.
