Upon checking in at 4:00 our room was not ready. After some time we took a lesser room. The following morning housekeeping was knocking on our door, followed by a phone call by the front desk and finally another knock on the door. The lady stated no one was supposed to be in that room. Very rudely. Last time staying here! Will spend my money elsewhere

The room was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The clerk who checked me in was friendly and professional. The lady during check-out seemed disinterested like she didnt want to be there.

The AC unit made a loud noise that kept us up. When I called the front desk he said he didn’t have anyone on site to check it but give him a second and he would call back - he never called back. Then the next morning the toilet wouldn’t flush

This hotel was excellent in service and cleanliness. The staff was very professional and provided great customer service with a smile. We slept comfortable. The on-site breakfast was reasonably good. We took our pups and they were very accommodating. The only downside, some dog owners did not scoop the poop. We had to maneuver an obstacle course when walking our pups. And yes, we picked up after them. Bags are provided, if needed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

A Favorite Spot

The accommodating and welcoming engagement of staff and management is wonderful. The rooms are always impeccably clean with no signs of wear/tear with their towels, carpets, or linens. The layout is cozy, but not restrictive or "close" - very comfortable for a couple. One of my favorite places to go for a quick local getaway break or quiet 2-3 day rest. Always excellent.

The property is nice. Very quiet, free parking and very nice staff. The only take away was there was no vending machine on my floor. When i needed water in the middle of the night i had to go down to the front desk area. Althought it was quick and painless. Other than that it was a nice stay.
