Get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy the quiet peace that the country has to offer . Drive down the 1/2 mile lane to our Third Day farm Getaway. See the animals grazing in pastures, and sit and relax on the deck, and watch the evening set in. Enjoy a campfire and the serenity of the country life .
Because it is a working farm you will see our farm hands tending to the animals daily , that will not interfere with your stay , and if you would have questions , they would be happy to help.
We do have farm dogs on the property so we do enforce a no pet policy.

Overall wonderful stay! We had a bit of trouble with the door code when we arrived but no problems after that. The farm dogs were probably our favorite part, my nieces came to visit and they were obsessed with both of them. Spoke to the farm manager and owners daughter and both were super friendly and informative about the farm and surrounding area. I grew up here so it was awesome to speak to people here now. Very accommodating and loves the fresh eggs and sausage for breakfast!

Cool property, friendly and supportive hosts and very relaxing stay. The house has everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. We came so our family could go to the Notre Dame game but had to leave the stadium just before half because of storms so we all came back to the house, prepared some food and relaxed and enjoyed the animals and quiet as the storm passed.

Property as described, probably even better. Melissa, who manages the farm gave a tour of all the animals and Q & A. Super quick response from the owners regarding all questions. Beautiful grounds. Very quite and secluded. Absolutely LOVED the house!

Lovely Setting and Accommodations

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Third Day Farm Country Getaway! The owners were attentive and communication was great. They even left us a treat for our first breakfast on the farm. Our family met there for a long weekend leading up to my sister's wedding at Swan Lake. Everyone had a great time. The home and setting exceeded our expectations! The adults had a great time playing ping pong, my grandson loved walking the property and seeing all of the animals....he even made friends with a little frog that stopped by on the patio, and we all enjoyed time and drink around the campfire. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Home away from home

We stayed here for 5 nights to watch our son play golf at nationals. It was less than 15 minutes to the course so that was very convenient. The house was clean and we loved all the animals on the farm. Beth and Matt were great hosts and responded quickly with any questions we had. It truly felt like home and we would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at the Third Day farmhouse and we just love it! Perfect for families amd large groups and creating Christmas memories! The owners have thought of everything and even leave a dozen farm eggs in the fridge for you!

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and relaxing weekend. Weather turned cold so not able to enjoy being outside for very long but did get some walks in during our stay. We all enjoyed playing air hockey and table tennis. Will recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful... a wonderful stay.

We couldn't be happier to have found this gem. My family and our friends come into town each year for an event, and have stayed at many places in the area over the past 10 years. This was the cleanest, most spacious house we have found with everything we could possibly need and more. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and kind, going above and beyond our expectations. Our kids loved exploring the property, fishing, and petting the dogs. We all loved the screened in patio, and games in the basement. The farm fresh eggs and smores bar were another thoughtful bonus. I hope to stay here every year we are in town.

Country paradise

We stayed at this house while we were in town to see our nephew graduate from Culver. Short drive there, but I wish we had gotten to stay longer. Perfect place to pretend you live on a farm without all the work. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the covered porch and watching the goats in the morning. There were added personal touches that made it feel less like a rental and more like a friend had invited you to stay. We loved it.

Lovely farm stay with thoughtful touches

The property was gorgeous, spacious, and super clean, and the host had left us farm fresh eggs and bacon which we enjoyed for breakfast. The host was friendly and available if we had any issues. We loved watching the animals from the screened in balcony and our kids had a great time crawling around the house. Would book again!

A Taste of Farm Life

A lovely, quiet, and tranquil stay. First greeted by the cattle on the long lane up to the house. The farm animals running to the fences to greet you, and of course the farm dogs, gentle and sweet, Samson and Delilah, make you feel welcome too. Looking out from the screened-in porch you’ll see the calves nursing or piglets running. Cannot forget to mention the Eastern Bluebirds that visited us every evening on the fence posts! Home is well appointed and the hosts, Matt and Beth are wonderful people and attentive to any concern you might have. Beth’s welcome note on arrival and a special “goodie” are so thoughtful. Beautiful visit to a place that will renew your appreciation for nature and all God’s creatures.

Perfect Place and Setting

Our large family of 8 enjoyed our stay at the Third Day Farm. The scenery was beautiful (we enjoyed a walk down the long lane), the dogs were friendly, and the little touches made you feel like you were at home. We appreciated the screened in back porch, living area, and of course the multiple bathrooms to accommodate all of our kids needs;)! My teenagers were able to get in their training runs and were so happy to have farm fresh eggs for their breakfast! In fact, we just arrived home and one of my kids just stated that they wished they could have spent the whole week in Indiana, off the grid! Thank you so much for the hospitality Third Day Farm!

Restful stay on the farm

This property is so peaceful and quiet, a perfect getaway from the city, all you can hear are the birds and animals. The dogs are adorable!!! The farm hands are friendly and did their work without any issues, and the owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. They even delivered our order from the farm store up to the house for us, so we could take steaks home.
