"The staff is very nice and accommodating. From the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping was nice. I rated low on maintenance and cleanliness due to my experiences. This is my second time here and it is fairly new and appears clean but both times I’ve stayed here the shower wasn’t clean properly, hair on the floor of the shower. Which is disgusting and concerns me if everything is sanitized and cleaned properly. Next was the inconvenience one of the elevators stopped working. Which was scary to me because it had a very hard stop on me and another customer. After reporting to the front desk it went out of order. Last stay moved 3 times due bathroom and A/C. Overall the hotel is nice but I shouldn’t have to clean my shower snd sanitize it with my Clorox wipes. Sure maintenance things occur but I hope these things are routinely checked so your customers are not impacted."
