The first room TV didn’t work. They moved us to another room at 11:30pm. The new room was dirty, couch was broken, blinds didn’t work, very loud and furnace sounded like a helicopter taking off also dishwasher was damaged and wouldn’t close. I would like to refunded for at least 1 of the 2 nights that we stayed.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite to celebrate my baby’s birthday. My sister came to visit us all the way from CT with her 3 children. My 13 year old nephew went to the lobby to pick up our food delivery where he was approached by Assistant General Manager, Woo (female) and was told he had to leave the property by 8pm. A bit hooked up, my nephew made myself and my sister aware of the encounter. When AGM Woo was confronted about such encounter with my nephew, she sarcastically apologized and was very condescending. My sister no longer wanted to stay at the hotel because of such treatment. We couldn’t help but feel targeted. To have spent almost 500$ on that suite I felt like I was robbed of what should’ve been a great experience. My baby’s birthday celebration was tainted.

The room was fine at first until my son tried climbing the nightstand to get on the bed and it pinned him down with his legs caught in the drawer. There wasn't any anti slip in the shower in our room and then we found an empty bed bug husk on the couch. Didn't offer any kind of resolution. When i told them they didn't even ask if my kid was okay or anything. Up to all that it would have been a great stay other than being expensive.

The place was very nice but I booked it for the pool, which had been out of service for over a week. Had I been informed, before check in I would have made reservations elsewhere since I was expecting to swim with the family. Otherwise the stay was good, the personnel, very courteous.

I stayed there after a major surgery. It was just perfect and I recovered well. The room service was accessible whenever I needed. It was a peaceful atmosphere. The elevators were always working. I stayed for two weeks and never ran into any issue. I will definitely return and will recommend it to my friends and family.

The room was nice and private. House keeping was amazing as always. They kept my room clean and tidy with no issues. My only issue was with the doors. Anytime anyone left or came into their room you knew it because the doors kept slamming shut after anyone that walked through the door. At first it sounded like someone was fighting and just running betwen rooms however when i went to investigate and asked other guests if they heard doors slamming said all the doors do that now and thought someone had let their children play in the halls.

I was in the suite king which gave me an spaciuis place that mimick like a one bedrrom small apartment. This residence hotel is mote than fantastic. I will stay again.in the future. It feels like home.

The room was clean but the whole place has seen better days. The screens in the windows are ripped. A chair in the room looked pilled. The sofa sleeper was hard and the mattress uncomfortable. I bought an inflatable mattress to make it better. The kitchen was cute and functional with lots of pots & pans. No one answers the front desk phone. The phone in the room didn’t even ring. I called several times from my cell phone but no one answered ever. They advertised a nightly little appetizer spread. Front desk said it was available across the street at the Courtyard. Once there, they said they had an issue with the fridge so no food. The breakfast was just okay. There is a sign in the laundry that says laundry supplies were available at the front desk but they said the shipment didn’t come in. The bathroom was decent and the bedroom was nicely appointed. The streaming for Netflix never worked. It just kept buffering. YouTube did though. The fireplace was magical! The Black young man at the front desk later in the evening was very nice & friendly, but some of the other staff didn’t seem to care one way or another. The pool was out of order. The hallways smell like pot. Only two luggage carts available. Marriott could do better. The gift shop had almost nothing in it if you needed anything. No one said thank you for staying with us when we left. It’s a place Marriott forgot & the staff is probably underpaid. Conveniently located near Dunkin' & Applebees. Safe location.
Kitchen was lovely with plates, utensils, cutlery, bowls, pots & pans. Well-equipped.
The living room fireplace is great. Sofa is uncomfortable
