Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in the 19+ side; very little hallway noise and great amenities. Perfect stay for a concert. Restaurants in the casino are subpar but convenient. Bed was very bouncy ;) and comfy. Water pressure was terrible but you can’t have it all.

the room and staff were all good what was terrible was that on a busy Thursday night, we could not get any food whatsoever after midnight. out Party of 8 planned on gambling all night long, but since no food was available anywhere on site (not even a cold sandwich), we stopped playing at 2am and left the hotel to get a burger off site elsewhere.

We checked in and were given our room cards. Went up to the room and the door key didnt work. The housekeeper contacted the front desk and a member of management came up and told us we were put in the wrong room. Instead of the 5th floor we were supposed to be on the 8th floor.
