Blue Birch Haven is a perfect getaway spot for a couple or small family. The property is located at Delton Grand, and our guests can enjoy all of the amenities available including indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor hot tub, 2 beaches, fishing docks, gas grills, and fire pits.



This is a quiet neighborhood but just blocks away from all of the best attractions and restaurants in the Dells!



Perfectly situated waterfront and near one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed with an elevator to take you down one floor from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah`s Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Great condo

This condo was spotless, Had all we needed except would have been nice to have Kleenex. But that was the only complaint. Beautiful view, handy to all you wanted to see. Chris was very accommodating and let us check in early at no extra cost. Would defiantly recommend.
