A few items under tables/nightstands from previous stay. Otherwise, room was clean. Waterparks were great! Highly recommend getting the Unlimited Fun Pass for the additional activities on site. Looking forward to staying in the summer months when outdoor activities are available as well.

Everything was pretty good. Carpet in room was tattered and torn in areas. And the parking is atrocious even in the middle of winter. Good luck in summer finding a parking spot within 500 yards of your room.

Check in process needs to be shorter for people who have stayed at the resort before, and asking questions about ownership is fine but a simple no means no, I shouldn't have to stand and listen to 15 minutes of talking that you did the same talk the year before for something I'll never buy while my kids waiting in the car ready to get they mini vacation started.

We went from a sunday to Tuesday in hopes the waterpark wouldn't be so busy but boy where we wrong. It was very packed and thankful for the adult only pools. Our 2 bedroom condo was at the glacier canyon and it was beautiful, the only complaint was the people above us letting there kids jump and be obnoxious from 5 am and i did call and they made them aware which made it worse. But the 2nd night no one was above us which definitely made for a better night's rest.
