We have booked a double room with sofa bed (there was an extra charge for it), but the staff refused to give us linen for the sofa bed, even for a surcharge. The breakfast was not as was depicted in the pictures, staff said they alternate weekly.. I have feeling it is always the continental week, never the omelets.

The manager snapped at me about bringing breakfast back to my room for my dog after I asked him if I could and he said I could as long as I didn’t make a mess. The sink was leaking like crazy, there was a hole in the ceiling, and the hot tub was out of order and was rather dirty.
