I bet this place was amazing back in its day, however it no longer is. The exterior is in bad shape, rooms are not in good condition, beds are terrible and need to be replaced. The exterior seasonal pool is hidden behind many other over grown and dirty ones. The inside is a far cry from a resort. Tiny lazy river, a couple small slides and a toddler pool. Hot tub jets broken. Safety issues everywhere with bathrooms partially renovated, screws and broken bulb on the ground, tile hanging off the wall. If I wasn’t exhausted I would have demanded a refund and left. Would not recommend.

The resort definitely needs more TLC. The room was very clean however the rest of the resort needed a lot of maintenance. The outdoor waterpark was not fully functional. The lazy river was closed down. The indoor waterpark had one water slide working and the kiddo's pool area was closed off. They also had half the lights inside the waterpark shut off. The carpet all over the resort except in the suite was old and dirty. Not a bad choice for what I paid but would definitely get more customers if a little more TLC was given.

Hotel.com should remove this hotel from their list. Manager was rude!!! Had to pay an additional $70 at check in, manager says “if you don’t like it we can cancel your reservation”. I booked 2 rooms, not even close to one another. I’m on the 3rd floor, they are on the 2nd. Website said there was a $10 fee per room for the pools and is optional. They charged each room at $20. Pools close at 8 pm, our show is done at 9pm. So why are we charged for pool fees? There was dog food on our floor and we didn’t bring a dog. I would not stay here again. Let’s see if I get any money back from their “incurred fees” in 14+ days

Save your time and money!!!

SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT RESERVE HERE. After we got into our rooms from the hectic check in The smaller standard room had a broken TV in the room as well as a sign on the door (see pics) that stated the balcony was under construction and if the door was opened we would be charged $100. There was NO construction. In my King Suite the closet hinge was broken. Old coffee left in the coffee pot, dirty fridge with a spill at the bottom which was never cleaned as well as white splatter on the head board. Gross. About 4Am a fire alarm alert is going off telling the hotel guests to evacuate. I had my 8month old and elderly parents with me a long with other children and adults. After standing outside for 10minutes and not hearing any emergency sirens we called the fire department who didn't know the alarm was going off. A staff member was driving around the hotel telling guests to go back in it was a false alarm. When we asked what happened and that we called the fire dept. She acted mad and didn't give us an answer. Mind you the panel says system trouble. Police arrive on scene and let us know that the systems are not connected to any emergency services and that it is the staffs job to immediately call 911. The staff member failed to do so. Yes, I got a case number and all. Black mold on the indoor pool as well as not a hint of chlorine to keep the water clean. Lifeguards on their phones. Security panel lit up. Burnt fire alarm. Unclean bedding.

Not the best but still okay

Its been some years since the last time I came and this time was not the greatest. They seem short staffed didn’t keep the halls cleaned it was a spilled red drink the entire 2 days that didn’t get cleaned. They ran out of wash cloths. They changed the hours for their pool and need alot of more Work done. It’s definitely potential there.

The best part of the motel was that it was away from the tourist zone and close to the freeway. Other than that the rooms are not great. The showers were filthy. Constant screams from grown men in their rooms. When we arrived there were multiple kids playing with carts and kicking soccer balls at cars while the parents were smoking weed. This motel has a lot of potential but it just doesn’t seem safe. There’s truly no quality control going on. The second we got into our room we were looking at options to check out and ended up just staying so we weren’t out the money. The price may be cheap but it’s definitely not worth it. The worst thing about the trip was going back to the motel.

The place is pretty outdated! price is good value. If the place charged more they might be able to do better job on up keep. This looks like it was a very nice place back in the day 1970 to 1980’s. Just not enough money for them to do the up keep today!

You can see that this hotel is trying to make improvements. Front desk staff were nice, we didn’t interact with other staff. Room was decent, bathroom was small, air conditioner was very noisy until hubby cleaned out the air filter. Entrance 3 needed a good cleaning but otherwise hallways & common areas were clean. The outdoor pool water could have used some cleaning lots of dead bugs & junk. We didn’t use the indoor pool.

Stay elsewhere. I do not recommend this hotel because of the following 
. Room service is not done till you check out so no clean towels and no garbage pick up. The Lazy River is out of service and extremely deteriorated. Room has no safe no telephone for front desk connection. The smell of m@riju@n@ is present in parts of the hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Stay away

The hotel is outdated theres not even microwaves in the room just one in the hallway for the whole floor. I was charged 20$ a day for the pool to just be open I told them I didnt want to use the pool and they still charged. My friend was staying in a separate room and her air didnt work we each called the front desk 10 times i walked down there around 9 pm to tell them it wasnt working. They did not show up to her room till 1 am with just her and her three small children in the room then told her there was nothing they can do. You can never find front desk help and they never answer. The door to get into the hotel was shattered and held together with tape. Honestly the room was was it was for the price the blankets sucked bring your own blankets and wipe everything down with lysol before you touch it they did not clean at all. The outside pools are all covered in dirt and you cant swim in them. Honestly 0/10 will not be staying here ever again
