Two Bedroom Condo @ Spring Brook Resort

Escape the overcrowding and enjoy your next Dells trip with many of the conveniences of home. This spacious condo comes with two bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests total. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. Each is furnished with a 32" TV.

The well appointed full kitchen features CorianÂź countertops and name brand appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The unit also offers a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of eating utensils and cookware. The dining area provides a large extension table with seating for 8. Additional guest seating is available at the kitchen counter. The pine accented wall in the living room pairs well with the stone fire place, 42" TV and queen-size leather sleeper sofa. A love seat, accent chair and coffee table -great for entertaining- complete the cozy living area. The condo offers two full bathrooms. The first is in the Master bedroom while the other is in the common area. Both are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. For added convenience an iron, ironing board and washer and dryer are also provided. Home and office are just a click away with complimentary Wi-Fi. Or grab a cocktail and leave it all behind at the outdoor seating provided on the balcony.

The Cedar Stone Condos-Suites are directly across the street from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Condo sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older. This is a upper level unit. Please note, there is not an elevator.

Pool and hot tub were crowded. Restaurant was empty, unclear if it was open. Skipped it and went into town. Unit was clean and nice, just lacked some personality. For the price, our visit underwhelmed but would try it in the summer when outdoor pool is open.

Hot tub was warm, not super hot. Cold water was pouring into it from one of the spouts even. In the middle of dinner, we found out the stove didn’t work. Property management was very quick to respond and offered an alternative. Though slightly inconvenient, they rectified immediately. I was very impressed. Highway was loud if sat outside. For us, the property worked out perfectly.

A great time for all!

We had a wonderful time! The location of the property was ideal- close to every thing. The kids loved the two pools and we used them both many times as the weather was either hot or rainy. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. There was a missing remote for the main tv and the maintenance guy was there within minutes and brought a new one. We have nothing but good to say about Springbrook Resorts!

Great quiet location but close to everything!

Wonderful clean property and it’s exactly as listed! The pool is really nice and warm. It’s really nice being in a neighborhood setting with open green space and a playground yet you’re only 5 minutes from all the downtown dells action! You’re also so close to amazing hiking trails! The property managers are very nice and helpful!

Our unit was very clean and has a great location. We were about 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Dells and that was perfect for our family. Great communication from the managers. We were across the street from the pool so that was convenient too. I would stay there again!

Girls weekend

This was a great property for us. The living room and fireplace are very comfortable and relaxing, kitchen was well equipped. We did not take advantage of the pool during our stay, but it looked really nice. The condo, fitness room and pool area were all very clean. We would definitely stay again and maybe bring the husbands and children next time.

Perfect for a group

Came up for a mom/kid ski weekend at Cascade with two families. With moms in one room and kids in the other we had plenty of room for 4 teens to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day skiing.

Clean, adequate stay

The space was clean and comfortable. The rental agent communicated information needed for our stay. The price seemed high for the amenities available. The rental could use more lighting and tables in the living area. Furnishings were stark, but beds were comfortable. It served our purpose. It is in a great location if you wish to visit Devil's Lake and Mirror Lake State Parks.

Perfect location

In the Dells for a wedding and this was in a great location from the venue. Check-in was great and getting to the condo was easy. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place with all the ceiling fans covered in dirt so did not even try to turn them on. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from the people before us. Stayed for two nights and was awakened at 3:00 both nights by loud music and thumping coming from the condo below us. Could have used an extra chair or recliner in the living area. The place has great possibilities but overall was a little underwhelming. Would really like to stay here again with a little more care put into the place.

Wonderful location and ease of process

Wonderful stay. Close to the wedding we were attending. The check in process was so easy. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is that there was very little sound barrier between mine and the one next to mine. Otherwise it was great!

Close, convenient, clean

This is a great place! Lots of room, close to Walmart and Downtown Dells. The pool was great. Two small issues. The hallway smelled like someone just made canned corned beef hash. (The dogfood kind). The second bedroom didn't have a dresser, which would have been handy. This is my second time renting here, and both times were fantastic.

Relaxing, quiet resort for the whole family & friends

A very clean condo ,relaxing & affordable when our family stayed during spring break. Equipped with kitchenware & cooking tools, wide & comfy bedrooms & living room, well supplied bathrooms, these 2 new looking condo buildings for rental is the place to be. Peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Wisdells but convenient to everywhere( Sports bar& grill in site,indoor & outdoor pool , downtown, shopping at the Outlet mall, groceries, nature trail in the property, restaurants, etc.). We did groceries from the Walmart nearby & cooked most of our meals in the condo .The staff is very helpful & pleasant. Definitely, we will be back to this hidden Gem!

Quiet location with all amenities we needed

Ladies getaway. Plenty of wine glasses, a warm fireplace and kitchen stocked with all we needed. Two full bathrooms for 4 people was perfect. Very clean and just a short drive to activities.
