Great stay!

The stay was amazing and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful as it was our first time in the area! Hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of parking too! The only issue we had was room service didn’t come back at all during our three day stay but it honestly didn’t bother us that much as we really didn’t run out of stuff until our stay was over. Rooms were full of dishes and silverware if we needed them. Overall, great time because of the great stay!

Their website is misleading concerning the availability of handicapped wheelchair accessible rooms. I booked my reservation believing what was in the picture was true. However, when I arrived I was informed that the room was out of order! I later found out that the one of two wheelchair accessible rooms was booked for an extended period of time. First off how can you have a property with 4 floors and only two wheelchair accessible rooms with a roll in shower? The room I wound up with was a room for hearing impaired, with a grab bar and nothing more, no shower chair, nothing! I was only staying for two nights, but I was not happy! Additionally they were extremely short staffed, the front desk person was running around like maniac trying to take care of everything. It took us an hour to check in! Needless to say I won’t be returning to that hotel in the future!

The pillows and pillow cases had stains on them. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no creamer or milk for it, just an empty vanilla coffeemate container next to it. When we asked the worker at the front desk, she went to look for more, but came back and said "I guess we didn't get any in our shipment today."

The property was too close to the roadway/highway. Was not able to rest well. The room was nicely appointed. Disruptive occurrence with a fire emergency happening late at night.
