Outdoors, discover your own entertainment oasis. Challenge friends on the full regulation pickleball court, tee off on the 9-hole frisbee golf course, or unwind with bocce, cornhole, and hammocks. Cool off in the cowboy tubs built into a view deck, sink into the hot tub as the sun sets, and gather around the fire pit or outdoor dining area for evenings under the stars.

Inside, the home offers airy, comfortable living spaces with heating, AC, and high-speed WiFi. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for rest, while open living and dining areas make it easy to reconnect after a day of desert exploration.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- PETS (If Applicable):
Pets are welcome as long as the applicable pet fees have been paid. The fee is $150 per pet, 2 pet maximum. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $100/day plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed. If you are given permission to bring a pet the following rules must be followed:

-No pets on any furniture, bedding, or in the house pack-n-play baby crib.
-Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning charges.
-All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags. (Please remember we don't have garbage service and housekeepers have to remove your trash with their vehicles!)
-No pets in the pools, hot tub, or bathtubs.
-Pets should not be left unattended in the Rental Property or in the backyard unless crated. Do NOT leave pets outside unattended, as we have vendors (landscapers, pool maintenance, etc.) who enter through the back gate. These vendors are not liable for lost pets who escape during their services due to a lack of pet owner supervision. Also, many of our Rental Properties are adjacent to wildlife areas where coyotes and bobcats are known to frequent the area.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
