"Very helpful front desk. This time we were assigned a very torn down Junior Suite, with many stains on the carpet and wall, drainage on the bath tub and the second bathroom shower very slowly that your feet got the foam from the shampoo and soap."

"Pretty good place, with a couple issues. Room - Comfortable, with an odd but endearing layout (e.g. clothes and fridge in a hallway, toilet in a separate room 2 doorways away from sink). Beautiful view overlooking the courtyard. AC - Biggest issue with the room was air conditioning. It has AC - but not sufficient. Paris was having daytime highs between 95 and 100F (35 to 38C), nighttime 78-85F (26 to 29C). The AC kept the room cooler than ambient, but couldn't get below about 76F (25C) even at night, necessitating sleeping naked and sweating outside all covers. Location - Excellent location, so walkable in the Montparnasse region, extremely short walk to a metro station, or walkable in just a couple km to most tourist sites. Breakfast - Pastry- rather than protein-heavy in options, but still pretty good selection. Staff - Extremely friendly, and with *MUCH* better English than we had French. Responsiveness - Cannot or would not respond to an email query about an unexpected 50 Euro charge. Maybe this charge is legit and we just don't recall it, or maybe not. In any case, we just would expect a response and explanation, but could not get it."

"Great location, south Paris. Bus stop, Tram, Metro, very convenient. Park the car in the hotel underground parking for 20 euros per night and use public transit. Room was clean. Cleaning staff was ready to come by every day, but we declined by leaving the sign up that indicated we were in the room. Zero complaints about this hotel."

"Amazing stay! Great location with the train station on the same road. Bowling and arcades next door too! Only 10mins by car to the Eiffel Tower. Lovely sky bar which unfortunately we couldnt use with children however the staff were kind enough to show us the view from up there which was amazing. Erica was the lovely lady to show us the sky bar and also gave us a fridge magnet to take home! The hotel was clean, big and very well maintained. Would definitely return! They also had a parking lot but technically not part of their hotel but still convenient. Breakfast was decent, continental choice!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the food was lovely, staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was exceptional, it was like sleeping in a big hug the bed was so comfy! The Juliette balconies in the room were to die for, I loved them!! The location was perfect, so easy to reach metro options, supermarket, food places. we would definitely come back to this hotel!!"
