The best hotel we have stayed in, very close to Central Amsterdam and easy to get to (only 15-20 mins by tram). The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and overall a great experience. We will definitely be returning.

Good size room for two, comfortable bed, smaller bathroom but it worked. The breakfast good, but the eggs & sausage had been warm for a while so they were not great. Easy to find from tram, helpful & friendly staff. Overall would stay again.đź‘Ť

Overall, the experience was decent. The room cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved (3/5). The breakfast felt overpriced considering the variety and quality of what was available. On a positive note, all staff members were very kind, welcoming, and professional throughout the stay. The location was convenient, being only about a 10-minute walk from the train station and tramway

The breakfast was excellent, and it’s a bonus to have reasonably-priced parking on-site. That said, the parking rates on the website are out of dateand clearer signs to the car parks would make arrival a lot easier. The room had a Nespresso machine with two capsules, which would have been a nice touch — except it wasn’t working. Not much staff on site. There’s no daily housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it. The location is great — you’re in the city centre within 30 minutes by tram.

Room hadn't been cleaned properly, possibly, actually the worst check in experience ever, by the rudest, most obnoxious woman I've ever met. Spoilt our stay. The hotel was ok, shame the room wasn't maintained during our stay, clean towels etc, but the staff were not nice. Never stay there again.
