Not the best of starts. First room given was very bad - heating didn't work, room was old and tatty. A complaint to the management was handled very well however with both managers dealing with the situation to the highest standard. We were given a new room (which was a lot more modern), and given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. Mistakes happen, but staff fixed it.

The room and the staff were amazing. The hotel atmosphere and the bar were very welcoming. The food at Momo was excellent. I highly recommend staying here and the next time we are in Amsterdam we will stay here.

Nice and clean room in a good location. Staff were super friendly. I was surprised by the deposit/amount €300 for 3 nights. But they were super quick to return it upon check out less the city taxes. I was told I could get a late check out the night before and to confirm the morning of to be told we couldn't have it anymore. Which was abit guttering after a heavy last night. I would stay again though.

The room is dark and feels outdated for a 4 star hotel. The hallways were also extremely dark in the common areas. I opted out of room service for most days but on the day that I did receive service, the window was left open and the room was cold when I returned hours later.

We have no complaints. The room was clean, bed good, noise issues from the toilet in the rest of the room and some leakage of water from the shower. All the staff were lovely and breakfasts very good

The hotel was nice, and very kind staff. The carpet and some walls need to be updated, especially in the gym. One other issue, if I took a shower with the bathroom door opened, or opened it too soon after a shower, I would set off the fire alarm. Perhaps only my room, but it happened three times.
