The staff was not pleasant and the rooms were nothing as expected the carpets were stained and dirty , I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot and the toilets were also disgusting, I had a terrible experience here wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I am grateful to the staff who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Due to flight delays, I missed my connection in Amsterdam and had to find a hotel to stay the night. I had nob luggage and the staff were kind and helpful in giving me a robe and slippers so that I could wash my clothes.

Nice hotel room, really nice breakfast area. However, it should be noted to travelers that this hotel is far from the areas of Amsterdam people want to see. There is also no mass transit to this hotel. We tried to get bikes from the hotel, but they were sold out both days we were there. So, we had to take a good amount of expensive Ubers.

Stains on carpet, burns on table Pictures show a sports complex that you can't even access from the hotel and when we went got told it's not anything to do with the hotel building on the same road seems to be being used to house migrants as there was large groups of men outside the building every night even with my partner wasn't a comfortable walk to and from the hotel after dark would not recommend staying here if you are a single female also pretty poor transport links closest tram station is 15/20 minute walk and due to tram works that have have been going on since January your only able to go 3/4 stops towards the centre before having to get off I'm aware this is not down to the hotel but we stayed at the end of July so the hotel must be aware these works are ongoing so a heads up would have been helpful When we asked at reception about a taxi into town due to the tram works we got told 55 euros but when we got one ourselves it only cost us 20-25 euros

First of all taking a €100 deposit for the city tax and then paying the balance after 10 days imagine they do that to all their customers in all there chain of hotels imagine the interest. Secondly the internet very bad They provide coffee and sugar but they don’t provide water It was very bad experience I would not recommend it to anyone.
