Staff was friendly, room was clean. You can’t beat free parking near Disneyland, and free wi-fi as well. It IS a budget hotel, so no frills, no coffee maker in room, but did have microwave and mini fridge. Property is dated, but if you want a budget friendly, safe place within walking distance to Disney with free parking and an ART stop nearby, give it a try.

Full size bed in common area and then a second bedroom both with a large flat screen tv. The second bedroom also had its own AC/heating. The room was nice and comfortable. The only thing is the floors were very very VERY dirty. It looks as though they haven’t mopped in a very long time. Our feet were completely black after walking on the floor only a few minutes. It was a 22 minute walk from the gates of Disneyland. And 16 minute walk from downtown Disney.

It was clean but sometimes they would forgot to put toilet paper or hand soap in the room. Another thing that I didn’t love was feeling like my door was going to open because it didn’t seem super stable. We normally put the chair in the room, in front of the door to keep it stabilized. It was a good property for what we paid for. We got what we paid for. I really appreciated the microwave and the fridge in the room. It was so nice! We got what we paid for so I can’t complain.

Good stay. The room was clean except for a dead bug on the bathroom door and a weird brown stain on the wall (could clean it off with a disinfectant wipe), I had no other problems. The free parking was the reason why I chose the stay here. A good distance from Disneyland and a walk that I was capable of doing.

Horrible experience here. Would never recommend or stay here again. We found stains and hairs all over the beds, and there were bugs. In the office room the fish tank also had dead fish. The hotel did refund upon request, but the lack of care was despicable. The hotel offered no solutions, or recommendations. We traveled to go to Disneyland for my daughters 10th birthday and this was a horrible experience.
Hairs on the bed, under the comforter- so they did not belong to us.
Bugs in the shower. I’ll leave it up to you to figure out what kind.

What I did not like was making the reservation online it did not require credit card. That was great for me. However when I'm at Disneyland I get a phone call. Requiring a credit card really I'm at disneyland. I did not even get the phone because it went to voicemail. Once I got there I noticed the parking lot extremely small. Very hard to park into or back out I don't like that. If I leave I don't want to have to worry about finding a spot in the middle of the night if I want to get food or something Maids which were cleaning the rooms very unfriendly. Not even a smile. The front desk guy is peculiar and pushy. The one at night shift doesn't say hello to you there's no Christmas tree in the lobby or any kind of decoration all the other hotels have it right now it just did not impress me. The room bed was very floppy I noticed the bathrooms had dents on the walls and the furniture is old $150 for this room is overpriced I will not stay here again
